About us
H&B eCommerce is a specialised unit within the Heart&Brain group, which was created to be able to better respond to market demand and effectively support current and future clients in their digital transformation. We are part of the communications group, but we resemble marketing technology companies in the way we operate, providing scalable solutions for business.

We offer analytical, optimisation and strategic services in the area of e-commerce as well as comprehensive implementation of campaigns aimed at online sales. We focus on marketing automation and omnichannel. We understand the intersection of multi-channel conversion paths and the challenges facing attribution models. We combine data engineering with creativity and programming to build the unique resources needed to effectively scale ROI and ROAS results, not just in the e-commerce space.

Online sales is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy, so you need an agile approach and a technical edge. This is why, in our in-house software house, we create solutions that, due to their complexity, exceed the capabilities of traditional agencies. We value transparency and strive to eliminate the non-transparency gap, and therefore find and remove inefficiencies more easily.
